- 5 sausages (white sausages)
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- Coconut oil or other fat

Peel the white sausages and halve them lengthwise. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Dip the halved sausages in the breadcrumbs and then coat them in breadcrumbs. Press down firmly. Heat fat, oil, or coconut oil in a pan and fry the breaded white sausages until golden brown. We served them with potato salad. Everyone managed three sausage halves. Instead of breadcrumbs, you can also use gluten-free breadcrumbs, such as those from Leimer.
