Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ lime(s), juice and zest
- 150 ml cream
- 40 ml white wine
- ½ bunch chives
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the chives and cut them into small rolls. Mix the cream with the lime zest and lime juice. Add the chives and the white wine. Bring to a boil briefly and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Arrange and serve. Pairs well with fish dishes.
