Whole-grain honey oat cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g wholemeal spelt flour or wholemeal wheat flour or mixed
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp honey, possibly 2
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 ml milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Spice(s), e.g. chili, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, …

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Place a mixing bowl on the scales and add all ingredients one at a time. Then mix everything with the dough hook of a mixer. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Drop the dough onto the baking sheet using a teaspoon and a fingertip (always leave a little space between the dough pieces). Place in the oven at 180°C. Turn off the oven after 15 minutes and remove the baking sheet after another 5 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
