Whole Grain Pancakes

The perfect whole grain pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Whole wheat flour
  • 60 g Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough – heat some oil in a pan and bake small round pancakes – after approx. 20 – 30 seconds. turn !!!
  2. Serve the pancakes with fresh fruits (strawberries) – sprinkle with powdered sugar
