The perfect whole greens soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Whole grain green spelled
  • 650 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Cup Soup greens
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  1. Soak the green seeds in the vegetable stock overnight.
  1. Add the soaking stock, when the soup is boiling, add the soup greens and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg.
