Whole Greens Soup

- 125 g Whole grain green spelled
- 650 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Cup Soup greens
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Soak the green seeds in the vegetable stock overnight.
- Add the soaking stock, when the soup is boiling, add the soup greens and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg.
