Wholemeal bread with caviar scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • 2 slice(s) bread(s), whole grain
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp caviar (trout or salmon caviar)
  • 1 tbsp dill or chives, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Let them set in the pan over low heat, fluffing occasionally with a fork. Spread the sour cream on the bread and arrange the scrambled eggs on top. Season with pepper, and garnish with the caviar and fresh herbs.
