Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 10 g salt
- 450 ml water
- 1 packet of dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
easy and fast
Knead all ingredients together and let it rise, covered, for about 15-20 minutes. Then pour the dough into a bread pan and let it rise again for about 15-20 minutes. Now bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes.
