Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g light cream cheese
- 3 tsp wild garlic paste (recipe by Hias from the DB)
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with wild garlic paste
Mix all ingredients, adding a little salt only if needed. Since the wild garlic paste (Hias’ recipe from DB) already contains salt, be sure to taste it first. The oil that preserves the paste is enough to make a creamy dip from the low-fat ingredients. Delicious for dipping vegetable sticks (kohlrabi, carrots, bell peppers, celery, etc.), with boiled potatoes, or as a spread on bread.
