Yvi's farmer's salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 lettuce leaves
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 small peppers, green from the jar
  • 8 olives, black
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • Onion(s), red and white rings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce leaves, pat dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the tough stems. Drain the peppers, black olives, and feta. Halve the peppers crosswise. Dice the feta or crumble it with your fingers. Place everything in a salad bowl and scatter the onion rings on top. Make a dressing from olive oil, vinegar, and salt and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
