Wild garlic peas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) peas (150 ml)
  • 150 ml water or broth
  • 6 leaves of wild garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 50 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the wild garlic and peas in water. Then stir in the cornstarch and cream and add. Bring to a boil and season to taste.
