Wild garlic roll with paprika salami

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • 250 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs, size M
  • 150 g goat’s cheese with herbs
  • 100 g salami (paprika salami), sliced
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 7 hours 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash, dry, and chop the wild garlic. Mix with the eggs, cream cheese, and Emmental cheese. Season with pepper. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Spread the goat’s cheese over the dough and top with the salami slices. Roll up and wrap in foil. Let it chill in the refrigerator. Cut the roll into pieces before serving.
