Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g tagliatelle pasta (wholemeal)
- 150 g wild garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch of curry
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp rice (whole grain), finely ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until tender. Wash the wild garlic, drain, and cut into thin strips. Heat olive oil in a pan. Briefly fry the spices, add the wild garlic, and season with salt and soy sauce. Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Combine the cream with the rice flour and add to the wild garlic. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve the tagliatelle with the wild garlic sauce.
