- 35 g wild garlic seeds (wild garlic fruit capsules)
- 100 g butter, soft
- some salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions

Chop the wild garlic pods with a chopping knife. Cream the butter until fluffy and thoroughly mix in the wild garlic pods with salt and sugar. Then roll into a log, chill, and slice. You can also spread the butter into small silicone molds (like chocolate molds) and freeze.
