Wild garlic soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g flour
  • 100 g wild garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the broth to a boil, combine melted butter with flour, and stir into the broth. Add the wild garlic and its juice and serve hot.
