Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g sugar
- 5 egg whites, beaten
- 100 g hazelnuts, finely grated
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 125 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- rum
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients, adding the beaten egg whites last. Bake in a greased and floured pan for approximately 45 minutes at 150°C and 15 minutes at 180°C.
