Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 75 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 50 ml oil
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 50 g wild garlic

Wash the wild garlic, let it dry thoroughly, and then chop it finely. Finely grind the sunflower seeds. Add the soy milk, oil, lemon juice, and salt to the sunflower seeds and continue blending until a creamy mixture forms. Then add the chopped wild garlic and continue blending for a while. Season with lemon juice and salt.
