Lamb's lettuce with pear

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 small pear(s)
  • 3 tbsp fruit vinegar (currant vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil or other neutral oil
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

in fruity dressing

Trim, wash, and spin dry the lamb’s lettuce. Wash the pear, and if you like, peel it. Remove the core and cut the pear into wedges. For the dressing, whisk together the currant vinegar, oil, and agave syrup and season with salt and pepper. If you like, thin the dressing with a little water. Divide the lamb’s lettuce among the plates, arrange the pears on top, and pour the dressing over the pears.
