Wild Garlic Tzatziki
The perfect wild garlic tzatziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Cucumber
- Salt
- 1 bunch Wild garlic leaves
- 200 g Sour cream
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon Quark
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- Pepper
- Peel the cucumber, divide with a small spoon remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
- Place in a bowl with the salt and set aside to steep the water.
- Wash the wild garlic, spin dry and chop.
- Squeeze out the cucumber cubes, add the sour cream, natural yoghurt and quark and mix everything together to a creamy mixture.
- Now add the wild garlic, mix well, season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
- Let the tzatziki soak in the fridge and then with gyros or whatever you like to eat — bon appetite
