Wild Garlic with Feta
The perfect wild garlic with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Fresh wild garlic flowers and leaves
- 150 g Feta in brine
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 30 ml Brine
- Roughly chop the wild garlic flowers and leaves, cut the feta into cubes, add olive oil and brine and pour into the mixer in this order (capacity approx. 400 ml). Switch on the mixer at intervals and crush everything until a uniform green mass has formed. The wild garlic feta spread is ready.
