Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Fresh wild garlic flowers and leaves
  • 150 g Feta in brine
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 30 ml Brine

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop the wild garlic flowers and leaves, cut the feta into cubes, add olive oil and brine and pour into the mixer in this order (capacity approx. 400 ml). Switch on the mixer at intervals and crush everything until a uniform green mass has formed. The wild garlic feta spread is ready.
