  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 50 g Garlic mustard, chopped
  • 50 Size Berlin wonder leek, chopped
  • 50 Size Purple dead nettle, chopped
  • 50 Size Young dandelion leaves, chopped up
  • Salt, pepper and lemon juice
  1. Mix all prepared ingredients together and season to taste. Let it steep and serve well chilled for dipping or bread / baguettes.
