Wild Herb Quark
The perfect wild herb quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 150 g Yogurt
- 50 g Garlic mustard, chopped
- 50 Size Berlin wonder leek, chopped
- 50 Size Purple dead nettle, chopped
- 50 Size Young dandelion leaves, chopped up
- Salt, pepper and lemon juice
- Mix all prepared ingredients together and season to taste. Let it steep and serve well chilled for dipping or bread / baguettes.
