Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 package of frozen raspberries
  • ½ jar cranberries
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ liter cream
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Cane sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Delicious quark dish

Drain and finely chop the peaches, then place them in a shallow baking dish with the frozen raspberries and wild cranberries. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until almost stiff, mix with the quark, and pour over the fruit. Sprinkle with brown sugar to coat everything well, then let the quark dish rest in the refrigerator for a good 3 hours. Sprinkle with brown sugar again before serving.
