  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp allspice, whole
  • 1 tbsp juniper berries
  • 1 cm cinnamon, slightly crumbled
  • 3 bay leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

also tastes good with duck or game birds

Place the ingredients in a spice grinder, preferably one with a ceramic grinder, and use only freshly ground spices. It pairs perfectly with all kinds of game, but also with wildfowl, duck, goose, and turkey.
