Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • Maggi
  • e.g. coffee cream
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

My father’s legendary dip, e.g. with baked potatoes

Finely chop the garlic, mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, and quark until smooth, then season with salt, pepper, Maggi, and a little Fondor. Depending on your use, you can adjust the thickness of the dip by adding a little coffee cream. If you prefer a fresher flavor, add a few drops of lemon juice.
