Ingredients

floor

  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 Egg

Topping

  • 750 g Apple
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 750 ml White wine dry
  • 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Advocaat

Instructions

  • Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the base and chill briefly. In the meantime, peel the apples and cut them into cubes and sprinkle with a little lemon juice immediately. Put white wine (alternatively apple juice) in a saucepan, stir in the pudding powder well so that it dissolves and heat everything while stirring until it boils.
  • Now stir in the sugar. Put the dough in a springform pan (26 cm), pressing up one edge. Pour in the apple and wine pudding and bake everything at 170 ^ C in the preheated oven (top / bottom heat) for about 1 1/4 hours. Let cool in the mold.
  • On the next day, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and spread on the cake. Possibly sprinkle with eggnog, it doesn't have to be, and let it taste good with the coffee.
