Warm fruit salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 4 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with a hint of cinnamon.

First, wash and/or peel the fruit, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes. Place the fruit cubes and raisins in a bowl and mix them together. Next, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (Important: Taste the fruit first! If it tastes too sour, add more sugar!). Pour the milk over the fruit and mix thoroughly. Now comes the exciting part: heating the fruit salad. I simply placed it on the hot tiled stove for 20 minutes; an oven with the door slightly ajar at around 50-60°C achieves the same effect. Stir occasionally while heating.
