Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g grapes
  • 350 g yogurt, Greek 10%
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp spelt flakes
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with grapes

Wash and halve the grapes. Mix the yogurt with the syrup well. Heat a non-stick pan. Melt the butter in it, add the flakes, and sprinkle over the sugar. Caramelize over low heat until the sugar has melted, stirring frequently to prevent any blackening or sticking. Transfer the flakes to a plate and let cool. Prepare four glass bowls and fill them with equal amounts of grapes, reserving a few for decoration. Then pour the yogurt mixture, also in equal amounts, over the grapes. Finally, add the caramelized spelt flakes on top and garnish with the reserved grapes. Serve immediately!
