Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g ham (salmon)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • chives
  • 50 g walnuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream cheese with ham and walnuts

Finely dice the ham and onion, finely slice the chives, and chop the walnuts. Mix all ingredients well and season with salt and pepper. It’s a great spread on pretzels, baguettes, or any other bread. The winemaker’s cheese never lasts long at our parties—there’s no point in making smaller portions than indicated.
