Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Ground nuts
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 3 Egg yolk
- 250 ml Apple juice
- 2 packet Vanilla sauce powder for cooking
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 100 g Butter
- 500 ml Cream
- 75 g Chocolate grated whole milk or semi-sweet
Instructions
- 3 Beat egg whites with 50 grams of sugar, stir butter with 75 grams of sugar until foamy, mix in 3 egg yolks and vanilla. Mix cocoa, flour, nuts, baking powder,
- Stir in, fold in the egg whites. Put the dough in a 28 cm form and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Place the bottom on a cake plate, put a ring around it. Bring the apple juice, egg yolks, sauce powder and lemon juice to the boil while stirring.
- Stir the butter into the hot cream. Cold spots. Whip the cream until stiff, fold half into the cold cream, pour the mixture on the base. Add 50 g of chocolate shavings to the rest of the cream and spread on top of the cream.
- Decorate the cake with the rest of the chocolate shavings and some cream.
