Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g red currant jelly (cherry)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for vanilla sauce
  • 1 pack of speculatius cookies
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Layered dessert, red fruit jelly combination, makes an impression, but is super simple

Place the red fruit compote in a shallow dish as the bottom layer. Mix the vanilla sauce with 1/8 liter of milk. Mix the mascarpone, vanilla sauce, and vanilla sugar together and pour over the red fruit compote. Finely chop the speculatius biscuits and add them as the final layer. Decorate with a few whole biscuits. Cinnamon stars can be used instead of the speculatius biscuits. In summer, this recipe also tastes great with amaretti biscuits.
