Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
- 2 blood oranges
- ½ handful of walnuts, chopped
- 1 some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp water depending on how sour or how drained the salad is
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing to your taste. We prefer a slightly sour flavor. Wash the lettuce, segment the oranges, roughly chop the nuts, and thinly slice the fennel. Mix everything with the dressing. Serve as an appetizer or simply with pork chops and bread.
