Winter salad with chicory and oranges

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 oranges
  • 3 chicory
  • 1 bag of raisins
  • 1 bag(s) of almonds, donated
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the oranges, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a bowl. Remove the outer leaves from the chicory, then halve and cut them into pieces. Important: always peel the oranges first and then prepare the chicory to prevent the chicory from turning yellow (the fruit acid in the oranges prevents this). Add the raisins and almonds, followed by honey to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and then let it sit for at least half an hour (but you can also eat it right away if necessary).
