- 1 roll of topping dough
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g sprinkled sweetener, e.g. Xucker
- 3 g cinnamon powder

Makes 11 pieces
Roll out the puff pastry and spread with the low-fat quark. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and spread it on the puff pastry spread with the low-fat quark, then roll it up long-handling. Cut 11 equal pieces with a sharp knife. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-30 minutes on the middle rack, depending on the desired browning.
