Ham pasta with mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 150g bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g mozzarella
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • some spice mix (oil and pepper)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Dice the bacon and ham and fry. Sauté the diced onion and add it to the ham; a large pan is best. Now add the pasta to the mixture. In a bowl, season the two eggs with salt and pepper, mix, and pour over the pasta, then season with the seasoning. Heat over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Finally, slice the mozzarella and scatter it over the pasta and ham mixture. Briefly bake in the oven (approx. 180°C) and serve.
