- 50 g flour

Instructions

Egg and cheese pancakes, also as pan pizza
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the cheese, pepper, and salt, and stir in the flour. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter into the pan, and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Tip: Eat plain or top with tomato paste, salami, ham, etc., as desired.
