Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
- 4 drops of rum flavoring
- 150 g sour cream
- 320 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp Nutella

Cream the butter until smooth, then gradually stir in the sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the rum flavoring and sour cream. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift it into the mixture and stir it in. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf, bundt cake or ring tin, mix the other half with the Nutella and also pour it into the tin, creating a marbled pattern with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 1 hour. Do the skewer test. Tip: The sour cream can be replaced with sour cream or crème fraîche. Use 2-4 tablespoons of rum instead of flavoring. Vary the amount of hazelnut spread to taste.
