Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 220 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar, or 1 tsp homemade vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 3 eggs
- 250 g quark
- 300 g double cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 160°C fan-assisted oven or 180°C conventional oven. First whip the cream. Attach the whisk attachment. Place the whipped cream in the mixing bowl and whip until stiff peaks form (speed 3). Transfer to a bowl. Rinse the mixing bowl. Place the dough ingredients in the mixing bowl (30 seconds, speed 5). Place the dough in a bowl, knead together, and set aside. The mixing bowl does NOT need to be rinsed. For the filling, place the sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, and eggs in the mixing bowl (15 seconds, speed 5), then add the quark, cream cheese, and sour cream (10 seconds, speed 4). Fold in the whipped cream. Place the dough in a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter) and line the pan with your hand, creating a 2-3 cm high edge. Pour the filling into the tin, smooth it out and bake the cake for at least 50 – 60 minutes, depending on how browned you want it.
