World’s Best Meatballs

The perfect world’s best meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat, mixed
  • 1 Roll from the day before
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Hot mustard
  • 1 tsp Maggi wort
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. First let the roll soak in a mixture of warm broth and milk. In the meantime, peel the onions and garlic and cut / chop into small pieces. Sauté briefly in a little oil in a pan. Let cool down.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Squeeze out the rolls and add them with all the other ingredients and mix well. The longer the meatball dough is kneaded, the fluffier it will be. Add a lot of pepper from the mill. If you follow the quantities exactly, you don’t even have to season it!
  3. Fry the meatballs in portions, preferably in clarified butter.
