Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 herring fillets, in pieces
  • ½ bag of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • possibly dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very simple and very tasty

Chop the herring fillets and cucumber into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce, and also place it in the bowl. Mix the ingredients together and then fold in the hard-boiled, chopped egg. For the dressing, combine the orange juice with a little vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Add a little dill, if desired. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
