Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 wraps
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the tomatoes and brown the ground beef. Place both in a bowl. Add the feta cheese, sour cream, and egg, and season to taste. Place a wrap in the casserole dish and layer the ground beef mixture on top, alternating the two layers. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
