Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar snap peas
- 100 g cauliflower
- 3 slices of bacon
- ½ feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without spices
Slice the snow peas into thin strips and the cauliflower florets into bite-sized slices. Sauté both together. If you want the vegetables a little softer, simply add a little more water to the pan. Don’t add salt or pepper; the feta will be flavorful enough! Wrap the feta cheese in the bacon strips and fry. When you can insert a fork and remove it without resistance, the feta is completely soft and ready. Now simply arrange them together on a plate and enjoy.
