Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 small eggs
- 120 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- some butter
- 250 ml milk
- 80 g ground almonds
- 5 packs of vanilla sugar
- 40 g semolina
- 100 g cream
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the batter, whisk together eggs, milk, and 75 ml water. Stir in flour and baking powder. One at a time, cook 15 cm pancakes from the batter in hot butter. Bring the milk, nuts, salt, and vanilla sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in the semolina and cook for about 3 minutes. Let cool. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Wash and hull the berries. Fill tortillas with pudding and berries, dust with powdered sugar and serve. Blueberries or raspberries also taste great instead of strawberries.
