Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g yogurt (0.1%)
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 apples
- 2 tbsp sugar
- some cinnamon

Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a batter. Peel the apples. Dice two apples and slice the other two. Fold the diced apples into the batter. Pour the batter into a prepared 26cm springform pan. Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30-35 minutes. 2.5 p.m. per slice for 12 slices.
