Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 g yeast, fresh
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 125 ml milk
  • 25 g butter, melted
  • Milk, for brushing
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Flour , for editing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For 6 muffins

Sift flour into a bowl. Mix in the sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Combine the milk with the yeast and add to the flour along with the melted butter. Knead everything until a smooth dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Cover the dough and let rise for about 30 minutes. Using floured hands, form 6 balls from the dough and place them in a well-greased muffin tin. Brush with milk, cover, and let rise again for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
