Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 300 ml milk
- 1 cube of yeast
- 30 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 g butter
- ½ lemon(s), (grated peel)
- 2 eggs
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Prepare a yeast dough from all ingredients (mix flour with crumbled yeast and sugar, then add all other ingredients), let it rise (about 30 minutes), then fry small pancakes in hot oil in a pan. This batch is enough for about 20 pancakes. We serve them with homemade strawberry jam, compote, or just sugar.
