Yellow-orange Fruit Salad
The perfect yellow-orange fruit salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Papaya
- 1 Khaki
- 0,5 Pineapple
- 1 Pomegranate
- Half a lemon juice to drizzle over the papaya
- 1 El Brown sugar
- 1 Fig for decoration
- Cut open the papaya and carefully remove the seeds. I then peel the papaya and cut the pulp into cubes. Then immediately drizzle with lemon juice. The taste develops better this way.
- Peel and dice the khaki.
- Cut away the hard stalk in the middle and any brown spots from the pineapple and remove the peel generously. Then also cut into cubes.
- Roll the pomegranate back and forth on the countertop. The cores can be removed very easily.
- Now put all the fruit in a bowl. Save some pomegranate seeds for decoration. Stir in the brown sugar.
- Serve with the sliced fig. Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the fruit salad. And ready in a fine summer fruit salad. It’s almost Christmas time now, but such a fresh salad with good fruits tastes good now too.
