Yogurette – Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 80 g oil
  • 300 g natural yogurt, 3.5%
  • 280 g flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 bar of chocolate, Yogurette

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine sugar, oil, egg, and yogurt. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda, sift into the yogurt mixture, and fold in. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold in. Pipe into muffin cups. Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. Tip: You can customize the muffins by simply swapping out the chocolate, e.g., surprise egg chocolate (very delicious).
