Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml natural yogurt, 1.5%
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g currants
- 2 nectarines
- e.g. muesli
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the yogurt and milk, stir in the honey. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and add it to the mixture. First, add the muesli to the bowl/plate, then pour the mixture over it. It’s also delicious with other fruits!
