Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp curry
- 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
- 1 carnation(s)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 jar dry white wine (or fruit juice)
- 1 shot of white wine vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and dice the onion and mango. Sauté the diced onion in a saucepan until translucent. Add the mango, honey, and curry powder and let them sauté or caramelize. Add the spices and deglaze with the white wine vinegar. Top up with the wine and simmer until thickened. This chutney goes perfectly with steak, but also tastes great with poultry or fish.
