Yogurt breakfast with fruit and oat flakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 4 tsp jam
  • 4 tbsp, leveled oat flakes, fine
  • 4 tbsp, mixed trail mix
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 8 dates
  • 4 tsp linseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare four bowls and divide the yogurt as equally as possible. Now add 1 teaspoon of jam (we prefer quince jelly), 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of trail mix, and 1 teaspoon of linseed oil to each bowl and mix well. Cut a quarter of an apple, peeled, into thin slices and then add them to the yogurt. Slice the banana into thin slices and divide them between the bowls. Finally, add 2 chopped dates to each bowl and fold everything in. If you don’t like the linseed oil, you can of course omit it, and you can vary the recipe to your liking. We like it best this way.
