very refreshing and simple

Whisk together lemon juice, sugar, yogurt, and buttermilk. Add a pinch of pepper or dill sprigs to taste. Tastes best on its own. It goes perfectly with iceberg lettuce, leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, and cucumbers. Variation: For diabetics, you can sweeten with fruit sugar or diabetic sugar instead of sugar. Instead of lemon, use half an orange and add the fillets to the dressing.
